Team
Social Giving
For every 3 SoaPens sold in the US, we donate one to a school in a low income community. Why? Because over 1.5 million children under the age of 5 die due to infectious illnesses that can be prevented by the simple act of washing hands with soap. We aim to make accessibility to soap and awareness of the benefits of washing hands with soap universal, no matter what your economic status.
Meet the team
The founding team met at Parsons School of Design, New York while pursuing their BFA in Industrial Design. After graduating, they entered and won the Wearables for Good Challenge by UNICEF, ARM and frog design in 2016 for the concept of SoaPen. The founders were listmakers of Forbes 30 under 30 in 2017, runners up of the James Dyson award and backed by Quickbooks on SoaPen's successful Kickstarter campaign. Currently, the team are fellows at the Halcyon Incubator in Georgetown, DC.
