Your happiness with our products is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at support@soapen.com

Be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order please notify us within fifteen (15) days of receiving it; otherwise, we may not be able to provide you a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase such as an order number or retailer receipt will be required for a refund or replacement.


If an item was shipped in error by us, we apologize for the inconvenience.


If you would like for us to reship any items that were physically damaged in transit at no extra cost, please send a photo of the damages, along with your original order number, to support@soapen.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the damaged item in order for us to reship the item. You do not need to return the Product in order to receive a replacement.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you. Please contact us at support@soapen.com within fifteen (15) days of your purchase, tell us why you are not satisfied, and we will provide a refund, subject to the paragraph below. We will issue refunds pursuant to this paragraph without requiring a return of the Product.


Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. Refunds include the purchase amount and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. We are unable to refund or replace your product if you purchased the product from another retailer or website. In that case, please contact the other retailer or website directly to inquire about its satisfaction and return policy.
